Curaderm, 0.005% BEC for topical use.

INDICATIONS AND USAGE

Curaderm is an inducer of cell death indicated for the topical treatment of actinic keratosis, keratoacanthoma, basal cell carcinoma and cutaneous superficial squamous cell carcinoma. (1)

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

For topical use only; not for oral, ophthalmic, or intravaginal use. (2)
Actinic Keratosis: Apply Curaderm to the affected area with an occlusive dressing, twice daily for 3 consecutive days. (2)
Keratoacanthoma, basal cell carcinoma and cutaneous superficial squamous cell carcinoma: Apply Curaderm only to the lesion with an occlusive dressing, twice
daily until lesion is, completely cleared. (2)

DOSAGE FORM AND STRENGTH

Cream containing BEC, 0.005%. (3)

CONTRAINDICATIONS

None. (6)

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS

Local skin reactions can occur including severe reactions (e.g., burning, vesiculation/pustulation, erosion/ulceration). (7)

ADVERSE REACTIONS

The most common adverse reactions are local skin reactions, application site pain, application site pruritus, application site irritation. (8)
