We are completely confident in Curaderm BEC’s effectiveness in treating non melanoma skin cancer, but in case you are dissatisfied with your purchase we offer a money back guarantee. We are standing by to assist you with your treatment process. The guarantee process allows us to first help you so we can both look to suggest ways of improving the results.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 60 days via our “Contact Us” page. We want to help you get the results you’re looking for. Tell us how you are using Curaderm BEC5 and what issues you are having. We will help you determine if you’re using the product correctly and if there’s anything we can do to remedy the situation.
If after discussing it via email we cannot help you, we’ll issue a Return Authorization Number, and you may return the product. When we receive the product we’ll refund your credit card.
Please do not return any product without first having communicated with us. If your medical advsior informs you not to use Curaderm, please ask them to contact us so that we can discuss your matter directly with them. We will be pleased to refund based on the Doctors advice.
Before you decide you want to return a product, please ask yourself why it is you’re “dissatisfied.” For example, if you are unhappy because “it itches” consider the fact that the active, BEC, in Curaderm needs to reach cancer, deep into the skin tissue which, thus, causes reddening and an itch you may find this “unpleasant” but these are normal reactions of the body to the natural extract, and in most cases, you should welcome these reactions, as it is having an effect.
If you are concerned that after a few days of application the skin cancer appears to have grown, the larger appearance shows that the cancer cells are being attacked. After several days this widening of the lession will settle down and then the skin will start healing and eventually return to normal, healthy skin tissue. You can read more about this in the free book here or in our “FAQ” page here.
